The Wine
Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most widely recognized red wine grape varieties, grown in nearly every major wine producing country. Our wine has all the classic associations with the Chilean grape variety........it evokes notes of black currant, black cherry and toasty notes with a bold, deep character. This wine has healthy tannins, a medium sweetness and high acidity. You can enjoy this wine right away but aging at least 2 to 3 months after delivery will add body and complexity.
An interesting side note.....the word "Sauvignon" is believed to be derived from the French sauvage meaning "wild" and to refers to the grape being a wild vine native to France. That's why we add the cautionary statement that drinking this wine may lead to some wild times (if you know what we mean!)
Food Pairings
Cabernet Sauvignon is usually best paired with a red meat entrée, but can also go well with vegetarian meals such as portobello mushrooms and certain cheeses. Steak, lamb, hard cheeses like aged cheddar, gorgonzola, or gouda, also pair very well with this wine.

Looking for something to sit by the fire with on. those cold winter nights in Pennsylvania? Try this soft and supple Merlot, with it's with powerful fruit and spicy flavors. This Merlot has a ripe cherry character and finishes with a nice, oaky taste.
Food Pairings
It's hard to overpower this wine with any pairing, but we think our Merlot is the perfect partner for red meats, lamb, and hearty stews.

Do you want to feel like one of the cool kids? Opening up a bottle of Malbec at a dinner party can make you feel like you’re that cool wine lover who goes off the beaten path. While you may be a cool kid, the truth is that Malbec is a globally loved wine. It’s nowhere near as popular or well-known as Merlot or Pinot Noir — but Malbec wine is one of the most popular red wines in the United States, right behind Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon in popularity.
This wine has the overtones of black cherry, pomegranate, plum and raspberry. Some people taste cocoa, milk chocolate and/or coffee. The wine has a short finish
Food Pairings
Like many red wines, Malbec pairs well with meat, especially red meat. However, unlike some of its red wine cousins, (Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot), it doesn’t have a very long finish, making it easy to overwhelm with fattier meats. Instead, seek out lean cuts of beef, turkey, or even ostrich.
For vegetarians looking for a perfect Malbec food pairing, look to blue cheese. .

Here's a secret the cool kids know.....contrary to popular belief, red wine isn’t always best served at room temperature. Malbec wine is no exception. Before serving Malbec, try popping it in the fridge for half an hour. This should cool it to just below room temperature, and will allow you to experience Malbec’s full depth of flavor.
The Wine
Our Pinot Noir has very fruity, yet spicy characteristics, which creates a lasting impression on the palate with notes of strawberry and black cherry, accented by a spicy suggestion of cinnamon and mint. Medium bodied and rich but not heavy, it has considerable flavor while at the same time providing subtlety. It end with a smooth and velvety texture, like liquid silk gently caressing the palate. Aging uncovers further complexity.
Did you know?? Pinot Noir wines are among the most popular in the world. Joel Fleischman of Vanity Fair describes them as "the most romantic of wines, with so voluptuous a perfume, so sweet an edge, and so powerful a punch that, like falling in love, they make the blood run hot and the soul wax embarrassingly poetic." Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon calls them “sex in a glass”…..Whoa!!!! Get me a bottle of that stuff! Try a bottle of our Pinot Noir and we guarantee you’ll fall in love. (guarantee is void if you’re eating cheese.)
Food Pairings
This wine pairs extremely well with richer fish dishes, such as salmon or halibut, as well as creamy pasta dishes. Pinot Noir tends to be a fairly versatile wine with cheese. The exceptions can sometimes be strong, stinky cheeses and fresh goat cheeses, which tend too overwhelm this delicate grape.
