The Wine
Chile is known for making some of the most popular Sauvignon Blanc in the world. The wines are light, refreshing, citrusy and enjoyable. The Sauvignon Blancs from Chile do not have as many of the typical green flavors found Sauvignon Blancs produced in other region but instead are more citrus forward. The wines are typically simple, but enjoyable. The best descriptions we've heard about our Sauvinon Blanc is "fresh, clean and crisp". It has the classic traits of palate-cleansing Sauvignon Blanc, with crisp, refreshing flavors of citrus, with notes of peach and pineapple. This wine is our favorite and is perfect for any occasion, but especially great for a beach or park outing or a summer evening sitting around with friends.
Food Pairings
Sauvignon blanc, when slightly chilled, pairs well with fish or cheese particularly chèvre, (.a fancy way of saying goats cheese). It is also known as one of the few wines that can pair well with sushi. Also compliments grilled vegetables well.

The Wine
Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for the French Pinot Gris grape. The names are often used interchangeably. The Italians have their own way with the Pinot Gris grape variety and they create a special wine that's unmatched anywhere else in the world. Although the wines are white the skin of the grape is actually pink.. Dry in character, this wine is characterized by its minerality and fruity flavors of lime, pear and peach. It's great as an aperitif and with many lighter dishes.
Food Pairings
The crisp and fresh profile of a dry Pinot Grigio makes it a perfect paring with many seafood dishes. Shrimps, clams, crab, mussels, scallops…..Basically any type of seafood will pair well with this wine. The steely minerality in the wine also pairs excellent with soft and creamy cheeses like Chèvre, Brie and Camembert. A salty cheese like Parmigiano Reggiano is also a good pairing with Pinot Grigio.

The Wine
Looking for a great wine that you can take on a picnic or enjoy while chilling out? Our Viognier wine, (pronounced Vee-Own-Nay), is the perfect wine for just drinking and enjoying with friends. You’ll find that you’ve solved most of the world’s problems by the time you finish a bottle or two. The origin of the Viognier grape is unknown; it is presumed to be an ancient grape, possibly originating in Dalmatia, (present day Croatia) and then brought to the Rhône by the Romans. Today it is grown in wine regions all over the world. These wines typically range in taste from lighter flavors of tangerine, peach, mango and honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine is dry, which helps to embellish Viognier’s peachy aromas.
Food pairings
Best to pair this wine with roast pork, chicken and turkey or a rich shellfish dish such as seared scallops, grilled lobster and baked crab, especially with a hint of spice. Also works well with creamy and buttery cheeses, sweet root vegetables like carrots, parsnips and sweet potatoes.
